1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and authentication credentials. When you generate or download wallpapers, we store the images and metadata (style, resolution, timestamps).

We also collect anonymous usage data through our AI generation service provider (Agnes AI) and payment processor (Paddle).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide AI wallpaper generation services, process payments through Paddle, display community gallery content, improve our service, and communicate with you about account-related matters.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store or process credit card details. Paddle handles all payment data, tax calculations, and compliance. Your email may be shared with Paddle for payment processing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Wallpaper images and account data are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage). Local logs on the Windows desktop app (Serilog) are stored locally and never uploaded automatically. Bug reports are sent only when you explicitly submit them through the app.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Bug reports are retained for a maximum of 90 days. Logs on the desktop app are rotated daily with a 30-day retention period. Payment records are retained by Paddle as required by financial regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Agnes AI (image generation), Supabase (database and storage), Paddle (payment processing), Vercel (web hosting), and Microsoft Store (desktop app distribution). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at fuqi0340@hotmail.com. You may also export your generated wallpapers through the app.
